"We had a truly wonderful stay with Brian and Charlie who were such friendly and helpful hosts and provided many thoughtful touches. The Old Manse itself made for an authentic Cape Cod experience with its historic vibe, and we enjoyed our spacious en suite room. Special shoutout to the housekeeping/breakfast servers who took such good care of us each morning and were so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and baked treats each day, all homemade by Brian himself. A memorable visit."

"HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The staff was amazing and so accommodating. The breakfast was homemade and delicious everyday! We went Memorial Day Weekend and it was a bit hot. It would have been amazing to have a fan in the room but we understand the architecture of the place. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna. It was also great the televisions had streaming apps for when we had down time. It was a phenomenal place to celebrate our engagement! "

"The Inn at the Oaks is under new ownership and is just lovely, and I was lucky to see it with everything in bloom. It provides very easy access to the National Seashore Visitor Center across the road."

The only thing I needed to say is that the faucet in the tub didn’t work so we were unable to use the hot tub, but it was still a great experience!.. thank you so much!"

"The cottage is located about 1 block from the beach. Check-in was very easy as key was provided in a basket at the front door for late arrivals. Cooked to order breakfast was very nice and satisfying. Host was very cordial. Listing is an accurate discription."

"Staff were unresponsive to messaging as that was their chosen method of communication. Questions went unanswered. Sheets were damp. Too much scented spray of lavender? caused headaches at night. Like sleeping on a perfume bottle. "

"Loved how the breakfast you order, is outside ur room door by 830 am, the property inside and out was beautiful and it is in a great location close to the action but not loud. Will definitely stay there again."
