"Top Deck was a perfect unit for my wife and dog. It was spacious the deck/ kitchen/ loving area all had a great view of the water. The grounds are well maintained, dock access and on site canoe/ kayaking is a great added amenity. Location is perfect to explore all of the cape. Communication was excellent quick response, and clear instructions. Early check in was offered, price was right, a definite rebook easy!"

"HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The staff was amazing and so accommodating. The breakfast was homemade and delicious everyday! We went Memorial Day Weekend and it was a bit hot. It would have been amazing to have a fan in the room but we understand the architecture of the place. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna. It was also great the televisions had streaming apps for when we had down time. It was a phenomenal place to celebrate our engagement! "

"Don't expect the Ritz, but for a "beach house" it's on point. As the listing states, it's right on the water (bay of the ocean). The tide does go way out for several hours a day leaving just sand, but many seem to like to walk out there especially with their dogs. Appliances could use replacing, but they worked just fine. The furniture wasn't the most comfortable, but you also didn't need to stress over the dog which I find more important. We didn't spend much time sitting in front of the tv anyways. (There is also a tv & couch in the basement). As a previous review stated, the porch was a little splintery. So, we brought a large outdoor runner which I left for other's to use. Just need to remember to keep the chairs on top of it so it doesn't blow away. The location was perfect. It was far enough away from other houses that you get plenty of privacy. About 7 minutes away is a Cumberland Farms for gas & coffee. Orleans is about 15 minutes away & has Stop & Shop, more restaurants and stores. Wellfleet has a cinema & drive-in during the summer. We also visited Chatham, Provincetown & Hyannis all less than 35 minutes away with more shops, restaurants, beaches & mini-golf. Do your research before you go & you will not be bored. If you don't expect a renovated space, you will not be disappointed. It was relaxing & enjoyable. We will be back. :-)"

"We had wonderful weather and loved the Top sail cottage. We cooked on the grill and sat on the enclosed deck with our dog every day and enjoyed the water view. We plan on returning very soon."
