"I would give this hotel 6 stars if I could. The rooms were absolutely fantastic, clean and spacious. The decor was classy and tasteful and I did not encounter a single staff member (including the Valets) who were anything less than pleasant, friendly and very helpful. "It was extremely clean , quiet and relaxing for me and my husband. We will book Hotel Valencia every time we visit SanAntonio because of our experience. This was our first time at the Riverwalk and I can not express how much we enjoyed our time and stay in the area. I wish I could gate keep this hotel but I can't because staff, and the guys at the front door was nice and always asked if we needed recommendations for places to visit in the area. "The staff here were all so very helpful. They checked us in well before checkin time and suggested an excellent room. The balcony view of the Riverwalk was stunning. They stored our luggage on our departure day so we could still amble about the town without having to worry about hefting our luggage with us. This place just gave us all the feels. Loved our time here."
