park across the way. Pull out couch was very small and uncomfortable. Rather get a room with 2 beds. Couch also had tons of stains. There was a wedding on the night we stayed and our room was right above it so loud music until 10 o'clock, but other than that, it was quiet. I'd stay again but with a different room. "

"The apartment itself is lovely. There is one reason I would not stay here is there is a horrible gut wrenching smell in hallway and the entire apartment. At first we thought someone was cooking with very intense spices until we got inside apartment and it smelled the same with same intensity. This smell did not go away for the two days we were there. "Excellent communication with owner. Fast, friendly and courteous. Located about 450 meter walk up a large hill from Penn Avenue (bus 88) which is about 35 minutes to downtown. Apartment showing its age but fair value for cost. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Carey Townhome. Everything was exactly as promised and the location was perfect. There were plenty of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk while still being located in a quiet area. Tom was very easy to communicate with as well. I would definitely recommend staying at the Carey Townhome in the future."
