"I stayed here with my family of 5 and this house was the perfect size for us (2 adults, 3 kids: 11-17 in age). The property is a nice 15 minute walk to the main strip of Kings Beach and about a 10 minute walk from Safeway. The house itself was clean and we enjoyed the log cabin feel of the interior. "This place was cold because the thermostats don’t truly work so much but my room had a heater and that was fine. The place is big for multiple parties and the pool table is so tiny. It’s great for skiing because it’s so close to northstar. Liked the place a lot."

"We stayed Riviera Reno while we were town for our niece’s graduation from nursing school. Everything about the home was perfect! The set up was great to have the extended family over for meals and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. "I planned a quick weekend trip with my husband and pup. I found this gem of a place and the pictures didn’t do it justice! The house was super clean and very comfortable. The backyard was massive and my dog loved it (there are dogs on either side, so if you have a reactive pup maybe not the best). The house is in a great location close to a lot of spots! Communication with Jessica was fast and she was very responsive. 10/10 would reccomend and will be coming back!"

"Modern, clean & comfortable in a central location. Parking was an extra cost, but worth it to have our car in a secure area, It was very handy to have cooking, washing & drying facilities. The traffic noise was a little noisy at times during the night, but the earphones we were provided with assisted us greatly with getting a good night's sleep."
