"House was very spacious and worked well for our family. The location was perfect, we were also at Kings Beach last year with just 2 family members. Beds were comfortable and we all had our own bedrooms and the 21/2 baths were fine to share. We used one of the kayaks and loved being near Speedboat Beach. Owner was very helpful if we had questions and we would certainly go back to this beautiful house in the future."

"We loved our stay in this small, quaint and charming cottage, directly on the edge of Lake Tahoe. Windows from the living room and breakfast room/kitchen frame a lovely view of the lake. The deck is also a wonderful place to hang out, complete with lounge chairs and a outdoor table. The location is incredibly convenient to local restaurants, stores and other conveniences in the Tahoe Vista/Kings Beach area. The management staff were quite helpful and very customer service oriented."

"We loved this cabin so much! It is super cozy and we loved staying here and would stay again! We did experience a few hiccups, but nothing major: 1. We communicated several times with the manager that we never received parking passes. We were told each day that they 'were on the way', but we never received them. 2. "If you prefer a calmer area around Lake Tahoe, the north shore / Incline Village area is fantastic for that. Great spacious house with plenty of deck space in a great location to allow you to go either direction around the lake."
