"Property is in a decent location. It could be a much better experience if the property was kept in better shape. Not like the photos lead one to believe. Several fixtures barely attached to wall. Place was dirty. Bathroom sinks not draining. Overhead fan not working. Electrical outlets were half not working. Kitchen faucet not tight to the counter. Ants - ants - ants. "Easy to check in - vidoes showing where to park and get round were really useful. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Huge, clean flat, well kitted out. Right next to a big supermarket and a short drive or nice walk to the beach. Good location for Venice Beach and exploring further afield."

"Our stay was very pleasant. The condo is nicely decorated and was clean. The directions on how to enter and how to access the parking garage were clear. Besides a few things needing repair (towel rack, lamp, slow draining bathroom sink) and a shortage of washcloths, the overall accommodation was very thoughtful, comfortable, and easy.
