Enjoy South Padre Island and the warm waters around the island in this cozy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse with water frontage on SPI! This property is located on a channel with access to the bay and incredible fishing! The beach is a also just a short walk away. From your boat in the middle of the bay is the best place to view the fireworks display that take place every Friday and Saturday night during the summer months. This unit comes with a boat dock & covered boat slip with lift, swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, free WiFi and more! Master bedroom has a king size bed, guest bedroom has a full size bed & 2 twin beds.

This is a great location if you are getting away for a weekend fishing trip or if just want to have a fun trip with the family!

Easy check in and beautiful property

We had a blast staying here. The check in was super easy and it was so cool having a pool right outside our door. Clear communication with owner and clear instructions. We will be coming back

Family vacation

Property was dated, but clean. A family resides in the connected house that shares the backyard/pool. They never bothered us, however did open the blinds one day. Overall quiet and safe vacation for our family.

Our Stay on South Padre

The communication with the property manager was excellent, the check in process could not have been any easier. The property was in a nice location. our initial impression walking into the property was that we may have been the first guests of the season or it sat idle for awhile. It was clean overall, however it was quite musty.

Fun Stay

Great place to stay. Owner was very nice. My kids loved the pool and I loved sitting on the deck and watching the fish jump. It was a short walk to the beach. Great location.

Convenient

Lots of room with convenient pool. Decor is antiquated. Entryway is through the laundry room, so would be difficult for anyone with a walker or who needs extra space. Bringing in luggage was a hassle. Dock has many rotting planks and is hazardous for anyone looking to fish. Boat slip is occupied.

Property was cancelled on us

2 hours before check in the management company called and cancelled on us. Apparently the owner had torn apart the house to do construction and hadn’t communicated to them that it wouldn’t be available. Frank’s rentals put us into a different property.
