Staff were so welcoming and friendly — always checking that everything was okay and someone was always around. "I had a great stay here. The front desk was very nice and accommodating. The room was perfect for a solo traveler. Full size bed, kitchenette and even a washer/dryer. Place was clean, had an elevator and located in a great area near the train with restaurants and grocery stores. "

There is a laundry for guests to use but most of the machines weren’t working so we were doing our laundry throughout the night."

"Mixed review. The building location was great. The room was smallish but that was well advertised. The amenities were there but all did NOT work. Most notably was the ceiling fan. Small rooms on hot London days and nights without proper ventilation is rough. Management did NOT fix during my stay but instead offered a small (maybe 4-5 inch) table top fan that was grossly inadequate to cool the room. "The apartment is well-located, just a 5 minute walk to the Edgware Road tube station. You can go to most of the main attractions from there on the Circle Line. The apartment is on a quiet street. The beds are comfortable and having two bathrooms made things easy for my family. There are also a few grocery stores nearby. We were able to have breakfast in the apt. before heading out for the day. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. "
