Unprecedented in size this Mega Mansion has over 14,000 square feet of luxury and sits on over 10 acres of privacy.
Huge Indoor Pool, Seating area with Fireplace, Flat Screen TV, designer rock walls and cedar siding throughout for that opulent luxury cabin feel.
Enormous Game room with 80 inch TV, Rock Fireplace set in front of comfy sectional sofa, Pool table, Ping pong, Shuffleboard, Foosball, card table. Large Bar area with large 4 large 60 inch Flat Screen TVs for that true Sports Enthusiast,, bar seating for 14. Outdoor area complete with Pottery Barn patio furniture surrounding Fire pit, additional dining tables. Large hot tub. Bocce ball court, Horseshoe Pit.
Movie Theater has seating for 23 people, 140 inch HD Screen.
Next level up is a large open living room with 20 foot high ceilings that capitalize on the breathtaking views of Tahoe's tallest Mountain Mt. Tallac. Large sectional sofa set in front of huge 80 inch Flat Screen TV, 7 foot Lineal Fireplace for that hip modern look. Additional seating in conversation area in the middle of the room.
Dining table seats up to 18 people and additional bar stools surround that kitchen for another 14 people.
Tons of deck space with high end Patio Furniture from Restoration Hardware and outdoor Fireplace with see through effect. Large wood slab dining table, Built in BBQ, bar stools that allow seating capacity for tons of people. Another Large hot tub.
The 14 bedrooms are spread out in this huge home so that you can still get away from everyone and have privacy in your luxury suite. The majority of the suites have private bath access, all bedrooms with TV's. Top floor suites have living rooms attached with card/dining table, TV, sofa. All bathrooms possess top notch finishes from granite, marble and tile. All bedrooms appointed with top of the line linens and bedding.
Sleeping capacity for 32 makes it by far the largest home in all of Tahoe.
House is conveniently close to the lake, casinos and Heavenly.
A true masterpiece that must be seen to be believed.
