"Couldn't have a better location for walking. It's also a quick cab ride to Heathrow (30 minutes). Staff was very friendly and attentive, no complaints at all. Overall the hotel could use an major upgrade...the rooms (at least mine) was extremely dated and also the hallways. The main dining room area was in excellent condition and updated. I also thought the breakfast was fantastic...I saw others complain about it but it was great and free (i'm also a picky eater btw). I didn't like...

They upgraded us from a Luxury Double Room to a Junior Suite, free of charge and it made all the difference, we were so eternally grateful! "Stayed in their deluxe studio for 10 nights. It was relatively quiet during the night although you can hear the creaking floor boards above you. As a lone female traveller, I felt safe walking back to the property at night. The studio facilities were adequate and clean. I like that there is a washing machine in the room - they gave 2 complimentary tablets for washing clothes. I also like that the mini fridge has a small freezer compartment too.
