"Excellent stay. Hotel is clean and easy to get to. Only 30-45 min from Boston. 20 min from Singing Beach at Manchester on the Sea. Pool is nice. Water park next door great for kids. Free parking."

"I made the reservation just to have somewhere to sleep with my family for one night. When we arrived at the room at around 10pm, we heard low music playing from one of the nearby rooms. As the time progressed, the music kept getting louder, to the point where it was vibrating through the walls. There was also loud chatter and doors slamming. Some sort of party going on. At around 1:40am, instead of coming to see where the commotion was coming from, we received a phone call as we were trying to sleep through the noise, from the front desk assuming it was coming from our room. They stated that they received a noise complaint and we let them know that it was not coming from our room. It was not until about 3-3:30am, when someone from the office finally went and shut down the party. We had a terrible night and barely slept since we had to be up early the next morning to continue our long drive. When we checked out, they didn't offer any type of full or partial refund, even though they stated they received multiple complaints. Other than that, the room was clean and reasonable for a short stay."

"Stayed one night while attending a graduation. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and we were fortunate to be able to check in a little early. The property was immaculate and the hotel was very clean. Everything was a breeze from check in to check out. Wouldn’t hesitate in a second to stay here again."

"Pros: the water was hot, the room was clean and the room door was secure. Cons: There were “residents” loitering in the lobby every time we went through except at 0730 in the morning . At 11 at night people were smoking marijuana just outside the lobby with the odor making its way inside. There are derelict pickup trucks in a corner of the parking lot with people living in them. Trash and belongings beside them. There was also an occupied trailer behind the hotel. No WiFi. Pool was closed. I have no problem with hotels earning income with the practice of lodging the unhoused but this should have been clearly communicated to customers coming from distance and the common areas should not be gathering places."

"We stayed in the pirate theme room and it was awesome! Just a note, inside the ship at the bottom there is literally zero air flow in there, but that is just the nature of the bed. It was so awesome. The place was super clean. The elevator is pretty far but the stair case is right by the room and it honestly wasn’t bad bring all your stuff up. The thing I want to express is how amazing the outdoor area was. We got to use the grill and the fire pits. The chairs are well maintained and comfortable. We had an amazing time out side and kept feeling bad for not being in our theme room but it was truly beautiful. We did go when it wasn’t busy, so I am sure that had a lot to do with how much access we had to everything but it was awesome."
