"This hotel has a great location that is quiet and private. The staff is very professional and courteous. Check in and out was fast and easy, knowledgeable staff. "Good that it is near Sofi Stadium. Just need to improve in cleaning. Otherwise, with kind staff, we had 1 complimentary breakfast because they needed to change our room due to availability."

"Check in/out was easy. Can tell that customer service is a priority at this hotel (which can be rare these days). Stayed here for a convention and easy to walk to (3rd hotel away from the Convention Center). We had one of the renovated rooms and it was clean with a refrigerator and walk-in shower. The only odd layout of the hotel was that the main lobby, restaurant, bar was in a separate building from the rooms (not a big deal). Would definitely stay here again!"

"If you have a very early flight out of the Burbank airport, this is a great place to stay. The happy hour was lovely. The greeting we got at the front desk by Helena was so warm and friendly. It’s very walkable to a lot of restaurants and fun shops. The room was spacious. Though the hotel may be a bit outdated, it was clean and and a great location. We were on the 19th floor and could hear the city noise from inside the room, but we’re probably more sensitive to that than others since we live in a very quiet little town."
