Housekeeping came in one day (we had the occupied sign up the other days) but only left clean towels, no extra toiletries, no trash removal, etc. I liked the property enough to give them a second chance in the future though. "I continuously stay here during Disney trips because I love the free shuttle service! Also, as a single mom, I feel safe! Which is all I can truly ask for. The property is highly dated. They need a complete renovation. However, the price and transportation to Disney make up for that! Also, during my first shower, the drain slowly drained the water leaving me showering in a pool. I called down for maintenance. They came about an hour later but quickly fixed the issue. A clogged drain with lots...

"Super cool hotel with spacious rooms and amazing sheets. Huge bathroom with rain shower and really nice staff. Rooftop is gorgeous with a great restaurant. I borrowed their Brompton folding bicycle and rode around downtown, highly recommend!"

"Great location, 5 minute walk to Disneyland entrance. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are very clean, extra blankets and pillows. Pool is on the 3rd floor with great fireworks view. Valet parking is the icing on the cake!"
