"We were surprised with how nice this hotel was based off the price! Absolutely everything was easy and the hotel was very clean. We were even provided freshly baked cookies at bedtime. The kids got to swim at night. We had continental breakfast in the morning that even had food for the kids to enjoy. It was perfect. "

"We had a great time at this beautiful house on the river. The house was very clean; beds were comfortable, and bathrooms and kitchen were lovely! The back deck was private; we spent most of our time outside relaxing. I recommend this house and will be back. "

This house was perfect for the 5 couples that stayed there - great location, comfortable beds, plenty of space, great air conditioning, and nice wifi sound system. The host was very responsive and provided excellent instructions. I would recommend staying here."

"Our room was immaculately clean. And the hosts, Matt and Leanne were so welcoming and gracious. This was a great place to stay close to Suncadia and just minutes to the golf course. They have chickens, goats and turkeys and it was fun to see them and feed them apples. They had plenty to offer for breakfast including fresh eggs and muffins, their own honey and blueberry syrup. Our room in the main building was spacious. My only suggestion would be if they had a small table and chair in the room for putting on makeup. We took a short hike around the historic railroad trail out back and it was interesting to see the photos. I am usually not crazy about B&Bs because it can be uncomfortable with the owners hovering about, but this was really great -- more like an Inn. Matt and Leanne were so professional, kind and helpful."

"Our rental exceeded our expectations by 1000% percent. Suncadia resort has every possible amenity right at a close walk from the condo. That included restaurants, golf, swimming, hiking, unbelievable views, and concerts. The view and surrounding area are nothing short of spectacular. The unit, from its heated floors to its luxurious tub and walk in shower provides the optimum living conditions for a rather large family to each have their privacy while enjoying a family vacation together. We loved every single nano second of our stay. And Lonny Butler and his staff, truly generous caring organization and that go way above ensuring you are well informed about move in times, check out expectations and just how to do all that so that you are well informed. We can't wait to rebook and visit the area again. "

"The resort property was very beautiful and full of amenities. The Lodge, where we stayed in a spacious one bedroom suite, had its own pool, hot tub, restaurant, bar and coffee shop. The fitness center was very well-equipped and spacious. A large pool, hot tubs, sauna and steam room were very nice…lots of little kids and families when we were there. We ate at both restaurants; good food, fair portions, and friendly service. The onsite winery was a big hit and highly recommended. The grounds of the resort have many trails and are beautiful! Highly recommend this property. "

"By design, Jared’s place is a phenomenal vacation home for a group of friends or family. The cooking amenities are top-notch, the spa was a great source of relaxation, and we all became pickleball athletes by the end of the trip. The only snafu happened with check-in—the cleaning crew was not yet finished when we arrived for check-in time, and even seemed surprised to see us, stating that they were “not done.” Nervous about getting in their way, we sat in our car for about a half-hour until they were done. It was a tough start, especially given that we were asked a few weeks in advance if the cleaning crew could start cleaning after our own reservation an hour before check-out (which we were happy to do, but it was disappointing to not receive the same timely cleaning for our check-in). Aside from that, it was a great stay!"
