The staff were fantastic — friendly, professional, and really helpful. The place is starting to show its age and could use a refresh: worn carpet and some creaky elevators. Little things were annoying, like light-up doorbells outside every room that kids kept pressing as they ran down the hall, and no indoor stairways to the lobby (all are fire exits that led to the outside) meant we had to wait for slow elevators. It’d be nice if the Mercantile had drip coffee (a lot of guests asked), and the hot tubs didn’t have working jets — when we mentioned it at the desk the response felt a bit indifferent, which was odd given how great the staff usually are. With a few updates and fixes, this hotel would be even better.

It was a wonderful 2nd time stay in Suncadia starting from quick checkin to all the services, facilities and beautiful location. The stay is specifically excellent because of pet allowed and providing dinning facility where we can have our dog with us. It’s a beautiful resort to make wonderful memories. Looking forward to revisit 💜

When we arrived in the room, it was 50 degrees temperature. Felt colder since we were coming in from the Winter cold of 38 degrees. It would have been nice to have it prewarmed. The resort is very nice. Room clean and spacious compared to average rooms. Stayed at the Inn, not in the main lodge.

Loved this destination it was beyond perfect. We stayed on the private side and it was just that. Beautiful resort with the perfect fall trees and quiet during times were napping and reading a book while soaking in the tub was just pure bliss. We deeply appreciated the kettle for heating water on the stove, enabling us to uphold our cherished tradition of drinking mate. Hidden Gem - Beautiful resort in amazing location

This resort is a hidden gem in a beautiful location, and we will definitely plan another trip here. The lodge is beautiful, restaurants had great food and is tucked away in nature amongst the forest and running river. There is so much to do here - golf, wine tasting, hiking, biking, etc We will book a longer stay next time.
