"I had booked this hotel for my parents and uncle/aunt. When they reached the hotel, the receptionist/manager said there was no booking. This was a pre paid booking. When I tried to talk to the manager, he refused to talk to me. When I called hotels.com agent and when she tried to do a three ways call, the manager yet again refused to talk. "We booked three rooms for our family, and unfortunately, none of them were clean upon arrival — it was a complete disappointment. Given the high temperatures in summer, we specifically chose this hotel because it offered air conditioning. However, the AC units were not functioning, and there were no fans available as an alternative. Despite raising multiple complaints, no one responded or made any effort to address the issues.
