"An amazing property and very welcoming. Some personal touches added such as welcome gift and departure gift to cherish our memories. A special thank you to Neha and Rajendra who looked after everything for my arrival and Srishti whilst I was there who checked me in and out always with a welcoming smile. She is worthy of being in a senior position. The room was upgraded and although some minor renovation required the quality and cleanliness was impeccable. Others in reception were also really at tentative and breakfast was a marvel. The most amazing I fly tasty food. It’s definately a property I will visit when in Chennai again for sure. Thank you everyone at Taj Club House"

"Yes, it IS all its cracked up to be! The most beautiful hotel in Chennai, with helpful and friendly staff and incredible food from MANY different ethnicities (not just North Indian and South Indian, but also Italian, Chinese, American, and others). I travel to Chennai multiple times a year for work and this hotel has made my time away from home SO much easier. It took me a week just to explore all the beautiful nooks and crannies of the first few floors, and the serviced apartment was a wonderful place to live, with everything you may need to cook a meal in the full-sized kitchen, plus a washer/dryer, a gorgeous walk-in shower, a comfortable sitting room, plus a deep and relaxing tub. I cant say enough about this place... its an "experience" on its own!"

"The property is a bit dated, however, the staff is amazing. It started with the driver meeting me at the airport and ended with the driver dropping me at my destination in Pondicherry. Ajit Anurag, the Concierge made the experience worthwhile. Everyone I interacted with was extremely polite and courteous. The personalized attention extended into the restaurant, where they accommodated my every request. Even though it wasn't on the buffet. I could have stayed there longer, unfortunately I had planned an overnight, on my way to my final destination ."

"This was my first time stay at Holiday Inn, Chennai Omr IT and I had an exceptional experience right from my seamless check in by Duty Manager Pranave and even my dining experience was so good at their restaurant. Mr Sibasish Sasmal the Restaurant Manager was so efficiently managing the whole dining area. There were so many guests but everyone was being given a personalised experience. The variety as well as the quality of food was amazing. I rarely write reviews about my stay at hotels but this Holiday Inn surpassed all my expectations. Each and every staff member is so efficient and willing to help, even the lady at the phone managing one touch service. Excellent service and a big thank you to the Holiday Inn Chennai staff members for making my stay at their hotel such a wonderful experience. I would definitely visit them again."
