Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was a great little place to stay. It is walking distance to restaurants and shopping, it is clean and comfortable. It is centrally located to the lake as well as some awesome hiking trails, just minutes away. But the number one reason I liked it is because it's in Vermont. What a great place!

We stayed in South Burlington for a week of skiing. The house is perfect for a family of four. The only thing missing was a dishwasher.

This house comfortably fit 4 adults across it's 3 bedrooms. Good size kitchen/living room area. Very easy to get to downtown Burlington from here and there are plenty of shops and options for food even closer. No complaints!

Affordable. The furniture was not comfortable - this would have been an issue had we stayed longer. One bathroom so for larger parties could be problematic.

The property was clean and well located. The listing falsely advertised a grill and air conditioning. There was no grill and only 2 window units, with none in the master which made sleeping uncomfortable. Additionally there was no hot water. VRBO and Vacasa have been uncooperative as well. I would not recommend.

No hot water during our stay. Contacted the management company three times with the reply “someone will get back to you.” To this day I have not heard from anyone. No grill on premisses as listed.
