"YOTEL seems to be geared more toward a techie traveler. No amenities such as a microwave or coffee so we had to get out every morning before showers etc to walk a couple of blocks for coffee. The rooms are tiny, and the bed was really uncomfortable. No fan in the bathroom area that is only separated from the bed by a curtain. Self check in and out was easy. It is located almost next door to a stop for the T."

"We had a really good eight day stay at this property! The staff was attentive, pleasant, and professional. Our only complaint was that the mattress was REALLY worn and not supportive. After a few nights our backs really hurt. Location is great just a short walk from the convention center. "

"The shower knob is loose and continues to fall off, and the shower head has a persistent leak. Despite reporting this to the front desk and being assured it would be fixed, the problem remains unresolved. Furthermore, I noticed black mildew on the silicone strip at the base of the shower door. Regarding service, our room was not cleaned following a long day out. After my request for fresh towels and toiletries went unfulfilled by the front desk, I eventually had to locate a housekeeper in the hallway to assist me. For the remainder of the stay, I have had to personally request housekeeping at the front desk to ensure the room is serviced each day."
