Stay in a newly remodeled home within easy walking distance of the Notre Dame campus and the Eddy Street Commons dining and shopping district. Designed exclusively to be enjoyed by short term renters. I strive to give you the amenities of a fine hotel but with the space and privacy of home. As an experienced host with perfect reviews, I pride myself on providing the comfort, cleanliness, and lots of extra touches to make your stay comfortable and hassle free.

I thought of every detail and have fully equipped the house/kitchen including fully stocked coffee bar, premium crisp white linens, oversized plush towels, robust WiFi to power everyone's devices, Cable TV with premium sports package, laundry facilities and supplies, luggage racks, hair dryers, bedside plugs, etc., etc., Just pack as you would for a hotel and leave the rest to me!

Relax in the comfortable seating area around the gas fire-pit in the private fenced backyard as you enjoy a glass of wine listening to the ND church bells or band in the background. The backyard also a gas grill and plenty of green space to toss a ball or play yard games.

Gather together to watch all the action on the massive 3 screen video wall with 105 inches of HDTV and cable package. Plenty of room for 6 cars off street and ample parking on street.

Just a short walk to the Eddy Street Commons and ND campus, this location is hard to beat! The Eddy Street Commons retail and dining district features several bars, restaurants, and shops including the Notre Dame Bookstore and a 24hr Seven Eleven store.

The Harter Heights neighborhood is the highly sought-after neighborhood closest to the Notre Dame campus and within walking distance to Eddy Street Commons, Downtown South Bend, Memorial Hospital, walking paths, St. Joseph River and white water raceway.

I have been committed to extreme cleanliness since long before COVID-19. I pride myself on it! The home is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, checked and reset between each guest by a consistent professional team. I use all white linens and have them commercially cleaned and sanitized. I use contact-less self check-in/out and have a buffer in the schedule between guests. Hand sanitizer and other cleaning products are offered on site.

Help the homeless by staying here! For every booking, I sponsor a guest at the South Bend Center for the Homeless. Stay in a great home while also helping someone in dire need.

Perfect for our event at ND
A group of six of us (3 adults, 3 teens) stayed here for the National Baton Twirling Competition that was held at Notre Dame. This was a perfect house for us both in terms of location and amenities. The only suggestion I have for improvement is that the outdoor furniture could use a hose-down every once in a while. Otherwise - the inside of the house was very clean and all in perfect working order! There were lots of extra blankets and pillows available and the washer and dryer were super handy! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My family travelled to South Bend for a wedding. It was an ideal spot for grandparents, parents, children, and small grandchildren to stay. Spotless, roomy, plenty of places to sleep, nice back yard for the young ones to play tag. Cheers!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood within an easy walk to campus and Eddy restaurant area. It was clean, well-equipped with toiletries, kitchen items, lush towels and very comfortable beds and bedding. The layout worked nicely for our family members. We appreciated the washer/dryer but did not need to use the bunk beds in the basement with our smaller group.

Great location, just a few blocks walk from Eddy Street or Notre Dame Campus main gate. Great owner who responded to requests and questions within the hour. Showers, towels & linens were excellent, A/C worked well and the property was clean and well-equipped for our stay. Highlight of the stay (in addition to the perfect weather) was the great outdoor area with grill, gas firepit, and plenty of seating.

Wow, Bill is probably the most organized and considerate VRBO host I've worked with. He's thought of everything one might need at his properties. This place had everything we needed and more! It was perfect for our family which included 3 children 3 and under. SO close to campus. Wish we got to enjoy it longer, but our travels stranded us in Dallas for half of our booked stay. Anyway, we will definitely try to book this place again for the next ND trip. Thanks Bill!

Perfect for what we needed
Bill, the owner, was an absolutely gem to work with. He was able to accommodate our request to get in early. The house was very clean. Tons of extra blankets, pillows and towels. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were good size. One small complaint would be a non slip runner in the bathtub. It was very slippery and actually had a guy fall, thankfully he didn’t get hurt. The complimentary bottle of wine was a great touch. Overall a great experience and would def stay here again. So close to the bars and restaurants and Notre Dames campus.

Great weekend!
This home was the perfect location for our family. We loved that we could walk everywhere! The home was very clean and comfortable. All the extras such as paper supplies, coffee, soaps and shampoos and the bottle of wine that was there to greet us were greatly appreciated. Communication with Bill was excellent from start to finish. The suggestions in the welcome packet were a huge help as well, especially highlighting the things to see on campus. Fourth Of July is my favorite holiday and this year's was the absolute best. My entire family was able to meet in Mishawaka and spend the entire weekend. We had two VRBO's across the street from each other. Literally, right across the street. This was my house and boy did I get the better end of the deal. From the very beginning of the rental my host was pleasant and communicative. The emailed information was awesome, and the printed information when we got to the house blew us away! My only complaint was that we did not go to the house before we did our shopping as there many things we didn't need to buy. The house comes pretty well stocked with condiments and dressings, maybe not all, but a good variety. The beds were hotel quality beds and linens. The house itself is setup for comfort and fun. We had 7 people and could have easily fit another 7 sleeping. Much of our time was spent in the backyard, with comfortable patio furniture and a variety of games folks from 6-60 had a blast. I would highly recommend this rental.

This property (and property owner) checked every box on our wish list for a family wedding in South Bend. A perfect base for our Notre Dame graduation week
It's bigger than it looks from the outside! Indoors: beautifully furnished, this house had everything we needed and more. A crib and high chair for our infant granddaughter, comfortable beds seating, updated and clean, so many amenities, and the back yard was perfect for gathering and eating al fresco. We felt like we were home almost immediately. It's in a great neighborhood, close to Eddy Street and Notre Dame. Highly recommend! Best thing? The host, Bill, was so quick with answers to any of our questions. Top notch! We felt welcomed immediately. A bottle of wine awaited us. Loved this place. Bill is a 5 star host!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean comfortable home. There was plenty of room to gather in the living space and the 3 TVs were nice for viewing sporting events and shows for kids simultaneously. Nice table area to play games/cards. Excellent location near campus , restaurants, activities. Too cold to enjoy backyard during our visit but looked nice. Beds very comfortable and plenty of linens, pillows, towels.
