"The staff at the Park Plaza County Hotel including Danny, Oscar and Natalia were incredible, they upgraded our room free of charge as it was our anniversary, gave us free prosecco and macaroons etc. We had one hell of a view of the London Eye! As our 10th wedding anniversary they really made us feel important and well looked after! Danny even flagged down taxis for us and gave us an umberella when it was raining heavily.
