"Staff stood out. As a women traveling solo I felt completely safe and every single individual I’ve come across was beyond sweet. I felt like I had two big brothers who were ensuring I had a comfortable safe stay - needless to say, there were a handful of times I needed help getting back to the Riad as my GPS was not routeing correctly and neither one ever hesitated to come get me. "I had a great stay at Riad Papillon. They arranged my transportation to and from the airport. The driver picked me up from the airport and drove me to the entrance of the Medina where someone from the Riad met me to help with my bags and walk me to the Riad. It is a very charming, quiet place to stay within minutes walk to everything. Breakfast was great and the concierge services were helpful and appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"From checking to check out was fantastic. Safiyaan the reception staff was very helpful and answered all our queries. He also went the all areas of median on the map and also gave the guide prices and what to lok for. The dinning roof staff were polite and served us well. The room size is good for 2 peoeple and had a hottub/jaccuzi area. Very nice to wind down. The palce is literally next to jamaa el fna .would visit this place agin.they even pavked our breakfast on our last day as we were starting early. Overall .nice place to stay with nuce staff all around."

"A great experience all around. The Riad itself exceeded my expectations and the Riad hosts were super helpful, welcoming, and spoke very good English. The room was well maintained and serviced like a hotel! It was clean, and spacious. Upon arrival, we were also given tea and refreshments. The hosts were also accommodating to our late check-out request to leave our luggage and relax in the dining area whilst we waited for our private taxi to arrive (which was also organised by the Riad. Highly recommend for anyone’s first time to stay at Riad Andalla Spa. Will happily return when I visit Marrakech again. "

"Amazing riad with excellent service, friendly staff, and spotless rooms. We stayed in the Double Deluxe room, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The riad itself is stunning, from the reception and courtyards to the rooms and fountains everywhere. Truly a beautiful, relaxing stay. The indoor heated pool was a wonderful way to unwind at night, and breakfast was fresh, buffet-style, and very enjoyable. The £15 airport transfer was excellent—comfortable, large vehicle with a good driver and carpeted floors. "
