"The hotel was exceptionally better than I thought! It is in such a beautiful location surrounded by amazing Mountain View’s and only 1 minute away from lake como beach area behind the property. The hotel itself is a little dated but kept in excellent condition and very clean! Parking is available and the staff were incredibly nice. I would stay in this property again and highly recommend it. "

"I had absolutly no issues at all but there was an issue with my friends room. In the toilet he actually found a towel with poo in it. It could be a missed laundry . I had no issues at all though. Everything was fine especially the staff. "
