"A lovely hotel… staff were helpful especially Fraaz… who helped us on check in… and when we checked out. The lady on the reception in our first night is also very helpful as we needed extra pillows and iron…. they did not have iron but lend us a steamer as alternative. it would have been good to have kettle in the room.."

"Very modern and clean hotel. Seen some reviews of people saying the location is not great but there’s a Lidl and some other restaurants and shops down the road. Also around a 5 min walk from the metro, can get you into central Milan in 20 mins. Location was great for us. Hotel was spotless. Housekeeping came everyday and made our room spotless. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I needed a chair and extra pillows in our room and the staff delivered as soon as we asked. Thank you for a pleasant stay. If we visit Milan again, we would definitely stay here again."

"This was a good, clean, true 4-star hotel. I am very picky when it comes to hotels specially when traveling to Europe where the hotel experience can be different than the US, but room was just as advertised maybe just a bit smaller than I was expecting. I liked how the hotel was located across from where people go to access the lake for swimming and there are great restaurants very close. Probably would not stay here again just because Malgrate is a little far from the active parts of Lake Como and it’s difficult to travel over there but definitely great if you want a more quiet experience!"

"A basic hotel but perfect really in terms of price and proximity to the metro. Lidl is just up the room too which we didn’t realise until the last night. Rooms were clean and fit for purpose. We didn’t have breakfast."

"Hotel is lovely with crazy golf, a gym and a lovely garden area. However lights on our corridor on floor two were out for the duration of our stay. Informed staff but issue was not rectified. Difficult to access rooms in the dark. Only one waitress employed so could only book dinner one night in the hotel. We were provided with a list of restaurants near by but a car is required. We travelled to three on the list that’s were closed down. Frustrating that they were still provided as an alternative option for food by the hotel."

"Highly Recommended to every one book this hotel without any fear, it’s newly renovated very neat and clean. Breakfast is good too. Reception staff is outclassed specially James, Micheal and 2 girls (sorry forgot their names). Near to Metro and bus station."
