"We chose this apartment hotel for its proximity to the Nice-Ville train station and points of interest in Nice within walking distance. We were met at the front desk by Akhmed, our multilingual, hospitable host. The other two men who managed and supervised the hotel were clearly active in fixing problems and meeting the needs of the guests. There is an elevator. "Just back from a working week on the outskirts of Nice and L'App-Art was a great base to work from. We used Uber, Bus and Trolleybus, not sure how easy on-street parking would be if you have a hire car (check with the team at the hotel who were very helpful). Joe"

"A lovely quiet and very spacious room at the back of the premises. Very relaxing to stay in. Close to a supermarket and easy walking distance to the train station. Also easy location for getting around Monaco (providing you are fit, the stairs are a killer)."

"This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio. The electrical box in the apartment was opened, and a sharp metal strip wasdangling from the bedroom wall. We requested a room for four people and two beds. We received a queen bed and a futon that one toddler could sleep on. At this point, we requested a refund from the owner, to which he agreed. We immediately returned...

"Un véritable havre de paix ! J’ai séjourné dans une chambre seule, confortable et impeccablement propre. Le restaurant est un pur délice : j’ai été servie comme une princesse, avec des plats savoureux et un service attentionné. L’auberge est nichée au cœur d’un hameau en pleine nature, au sommet des montagnes, offrant des vues à couper le souffle et une tranquillité absolue. Un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer. "CHOOSE THIS PLACE! Look no further. We were miserable in an accommodation in Genoa, Italy and needed to escape for the day. We took the train and Uber’d here. The staff greeted us warmly, stowed our bags until the room was ready (3 pm check in) and invited us to enjoy the rooftop pool and restaurant. The service up top was impeccable from our waiter. Towels were available, and the view of the coast was stunning. This property is beach front. More over, this is one of the very few beachfront properties with a private beach area where you can reserve lounge chairs. You need to reserve. They were booked online when we checked in, but reception called and was able to reserve chairs for our family of four. This level of service literally brought tears to my eyes. The accommodations were impeccable. We reserved a junior suite (?) with a Mountain View. It was on the highest level (7) and was amazing. King size bed and a separate living room with a double sofa bed. Staff had already folded the sofa out and made up the bed for our two children, upon arrival. There were two bathrooms in the suite, one with a toilet, bidet and sink and the other with a shower, bathtub and sink. Two large closets. And a beautiful and long patio with a table/four chairs and two lounge chairs. We watched the sunset over the mountains. I am currently writing this review while sipping on a Santa Rita spritz on a beach lounge chair looking out at the Mediterranean Sea. I repeat, CHOOSE THIS PLACE! "
