"This property is in the most ideal spot in Sorrento - easy to walk everywhere, but tucked away in a small alleyway with Italian street vendors. We enjoyed the Italian feel of the hotel, and took advantage of the balcony and rooftop seating area. The room was very clean, and provided all the amenities we needed. The front desk receptionist was always available for questions, and was extremely helpful! I would highly recommend, and revisit!"

"This is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed in. Its deco is modern with still some old school Italian touches . The gardens and outdoor areas are beautiful. Lovely poolside area. Amazing view from the room! Location is excellent very close to Sorrento square with all the shops, restaurants and bars. But most of all what really made our stay great was the hospitality of the staff. So kind, funny, helpful, professional and really go the extra mile. 10/10! Would highly recommend staying here! Also great buffet breakfast included, which is a big plus :)"

"They went above and beyond all our expectations. Parking is difficult in Sorrento and they valet parked for the same as regular parking. The hotel bar was cheaper than rest of the area. We had an early departure and they had our bill ready and a takeout meal since we had to leave before breakfast hours. Great location and a beautiful courtyard! "

"What a beautiful property. We were welcomed by the incredible scent of jasmine throughout the hotel and found the source in the incredible garden. This hotel was perfect! Perfect location. Perfect staff. Perfect breakfast. Perfect scenery. We absolutely loved our time at Antiche Mura and will definitely return."

"We originally booked here because it was close to the hospital, where our daughter was being treated. Just one minute away! At the base of a beautiful scenic 400m hillside, the Hotel Villa Maria has exceeded our expectations! Our room was clean and comfortable and comes with a private balcony! The hotel staff is very accommodating and the restaurant manager Luigi makes everyone feel special upon arrival! The pool is very nice and full of sunshine, and the pool bar is very reasonable. The drinks are delicious! Wonderful pool staff! Don’t forget on Thursday night that you have a pool party with a DJ, which is quite entertaining! 😂 The front desk staff has been very helpful as we have needed a number of things printed and prepared for the hospital, and they have been very accommodating, and full of smiles! They speak very good English, not needed but use Google translate to help sometimes. 😊 We’ve had to extend our trip a couple of times and they have been been helpful. The hotel is close to the main street of Sorrento. Just a short walk to everything it has to offer. I think you pay a little less because you are off the main strip, and it is probably quieter too. Don’t forget to go up to the sixth floor and take some pictures! You see all of Sorrento, Naples, Mount Vesuvius and all the other cities nearby. Just beautiful!
