We arrived after midnight due to a delayed flight - we were able to WhatsApp the hotel to let them know and we received a very quick reply to let us know the night staff would be able to check us in. "My second time at this beautiful hotel. Perfect location, gorgeous clean rooms, wonderful staff. The only thing that I was disappointed about on this trip was that the private elevator to the beach was down for repairs and we had to walk down the street and pay for the public elevator. Other than that it was perfect and this will be temporary. You cannot ask for a better location in Sorrento - highly recommend. "

"This property was lovely! The shuttle was extremely convenient and saved us so much money on cabs into town. It’s about a 10 minute ride into downtown Sorrento. Breakfast was amazing and the view was INCREDIBLE. We really enjoyed sitting on the terrace and having a drink. Only comments to note would be that the pool and jacuzzi close at 7pm which is quite early when the sun sets around 9pm. Also, the restaurant offerings were quite fancy and expensive so we couldn’t have a casual dinner at the hotel for our more low key days. Service was great and we enjoyed reserving time in the small gym available. "
