"Clean and huge room. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. It was right above the Hoehyeon station, and a short walk to Myeongdong, Shinsaegae and Namdaemun. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Great place to set up as a base in Seoul. Ideal for longer stays."

"Front desk staff were all very friendly and nice !!!"

"The staff was wonderful there was someone to come by every day to clean the room. Also, it was very easy to access all shopping centers plus local dining."

"We stayed at Naru hotel for 3 nights in a room on the 17th floor overlooking the Hangang river. The view was spectacular, especially at night and early morning. We truly enjoyed the breakfast on the 22nd floor, there was a lot to choose from, and the food quality was outstanding. The view in the dining room was breathtaking. We enjoyed their swimming pools (indoor and infinity) a lot. The water was heated in both, and the view from the infinity pool (on the 21st floor overlooking the river and...

"Excellent staff. Everyone was friendly. I appreciated that they were attentive to guests checking in at the kiosk and offering assistance. I appreciated them holding onto my bags before check in and after check out. The location was very convenient. The bus limousine service drops you off right outside the hotel. Loved the location"

"Great hotel with a very good breakfast! Ten minutes walking distance from the main shopping area."

"I was honestly disappointed with my stay at Novotel Suites Ambassador Seoul Yongsan. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and overall maintenance from a hotel like Novotel. To start, the entrance and access to the check-in area were inconvenient and not particularly welcoming. My biggest issue, however, was the cleanliness. While the towels and bedding in my room were clean, there was dust everywhere. It didn’t look like the room had been properly dusted or vacuumed in quite some...

"Everything great"

"I haved stayed at several of the large hotels in the center of Myeong-dong, and the new modern style, large, clean rooms and friendly staff eclipse them all. The staff went out of their way to keep me in the same room on my long 2 month stay, working with me on my reservation schedule. Their kindness made it a pleasure leaving and returning to the hotel each evening. You feel that you and your valuables are safe, but lock up any serious cash. The hotel location is directly between the center...

"I loved it probably will be back again to this hotel"
