"Our group of four friends had a rather disappointing experience here. Upon arrival, we were informed that the unit we had originally booked was unavailable, and instead, we were given two separate units without any prior notice. This made our stay quite inconvenient, as we constantly had to put on shoes and walk through a cold hallway to access the other unit for even the smallest things. On top of that, the mountain view we had expected with our original booking was completely absent in these units. The only positive aspect of the stay was that the hotel seemed new, so the furniture and appliances were in good condition. However, it felt like the units we were given were incomplete. For instance, the bathrooms lacked exhaust fans, which was quite uncomfortable. There was also a space clearly designated for a dishwasher, but it wasn’t there, and we hadn’t been informed about this in advance. To add to the inconvenience, the QR codes for check-in were sent to us very late, only on the day we were set to arrive. Overall, the lack of communication and preparation left us quite dissatisfied with our stay. "

"Definitely enjoyed the breakfast and other available amenities. Trails are only a short walk away and connect to neighboring towns. The views of the Allgäu are amazing. The staff were great and quite courteous. Will stay here again!"

"Nice place, beautiful view. Large rooms to accommodate our group of 8. The breakfast was delicious. One thing we didnt love was getting there at 7 and they wouldnt feed us at the restaurant that closed at 9, because there was 8 of us, 4 kids and 4 adults. "

"Excellent setting,we had a spectacular view from our balcony if you were standing, not at all if sitting in the chairs provided,the wooden balcony obscured the view completely.The room was big clean and pleasant and generally typical of a top hotel,although I have stayed in many hotels and had never stayed in one with no coffee making facilities in the room before,that was a down for me,I had to either call for room service or go down to the restaurant or bar area. The hotel seemed to be very understaffed, we waited half an hour to get a drink at the bar,we elected to leave the hotel and have drinks in the town. All in all for the price paid it fell short over my stays in budget hotels."

"No water in the room, only one set of towels despite booked 2ppl, battery of remote control broken, no soap in the shower, door to staircase broken, elevator not stopping in the ground floor,... All these small things sum up to having made it quite unpleasant for the amount of money paid"
