"House was short drive to Sonoma wineries and restaurants. Pool area and hot tub were fun for lounging and enjoying the weather. House was comfortable and supported work from home."

"This is an annual event and we love to stay in a house together, cook our meals and spend quality time. This house was perfect for that, especially the amazing outdoor space. And, there was plenty of seating inside as well. Plus, I was able to bring my 9 pound Yorky poo which made the stay complete. Would absolutely stay here again."

"This property is absolutely amazing! Tucked away in a private area, this home truly feels like a spa retreat (which is exactly what I was hoping for). Perfect for a group - we had 7 girls staying here. Kim thought of all the little things (make-up mirrors in the bathrooms, q-tips, removal rounds, amenities in the showers, etc). And when I couldn't find something, she was easily reached and responsive. We are already planning another trip to stay here again!"

"Wonderful location and stunning views. House was big enough to accommodate our whole family. It was sad that the hot tub/spa could not be heated as advertised. It would have been a nice way to relax. Also the actual bed configuration is confusing and misleading, the “room” with the trundle bed is actually a nook with no door in the primary bedroom. "My wife and I spent a wonderful stay in Sonoma here and it was one of the best places we have stayed in. The property itself is tucked away at the end of a side road just off of the main road just a few minutes drive from the plaza, situated with a lovely view of the fields and hills. The house itself is perfectly sized for a couple, with a great layout, and some great design choices for visitors. "Our short stay could not have been better....well, unless a deer had come to visit! But we had turkeys, birds, and squirrels each morning which we enjoyed from the comfort of the living room since it was a little chilly. Eric has thought of everything, and we felt as though we were in a 5 star resort! Well done!"

"We had a girls weekend at the Villa and it was absolutely amazing. Randy and his staff were super attentive to us and helped us the entire weekend. The house is absolutely amazing and very well stocked. We have zero complaints and would love to stay here again. Highly recommend utilizing all of the amenities that the house has to offer including the pickle ball court, gym, steam room, hot tub and wine cave! Thanks Randy for an amazing experience"

"A convenient and cozy place to stay for a long weekend in wine country! It was perfect for my partner and I - we spent most of each day out and about, and this VRBO was conveniently located and easy to access. The kitchen is well-stocked, but there were not many pantry supplies. All good, though - Sonoma/Napa offered more than plenty of amazing dining options to choose from. The place was just a touch dusty/musty, but opening the windows and letting some fresh air in each day certainly helped!...
