"This was my third stay at this hotel. It is consistently excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. The hotel and outside spaces are well maintained. The hotel rooms are also very nice. The buffet restaurant has quality delicious choices. The only improvement would be the dessert selection - I have lactose intolerance and there was only fresh fruit on offer for me. Other than that, this hotel is wonderful. A short walk into Palma along the Marina.. just perfect....

It’s not close to the city and requires a bus to get there. This is really a hotel for families looking to stay at the pool the entire trip and like the “unlimited experience”. Not good for backpackers, those looking for culture or real experience. "

"Absolutely awful that there is only ONE LIFT. We were always queuing. This hotel has 9 floors. And conference facilities. It was a farce. Breakfast was very good and staff all friendly and helpful. The restaurant was more of a cafe than restaurant , and the menu of the day only applies at lunchtime, so a bit of a shame. The room was fine but a ‘city view’ It wasn’t. Our room had frosted glass in the windows to shield us from the view of the back of neighbouring apartments and their washing....
