Hotel room and areas are a little dated, but are clean. There is a pool, but we did not use it during this visit. Was nice to have it as on option. We used as base to visit Newport, which worked out very well. There are options for dining in nearby towns. Definitely recommend Jukebox cafe for breakfast, and The Aviary Restaurant for dinner. Food was excellent at both, and much more reasonable than what we paid to eat in Newport.

Good for a late night drop in

I will not say this place is terrible because I was a able to get sleep after arriving after 11pm from a long drive however that’s as good as it gets in my eyes. Air conditioning was not on, and it was brutally warm. For a hotel it functioned on par as a mid rank motel. But as I said earlier I was grateful to get sleep after a late night arrival.

We liked the location to where we went. We did not like that the bathroom door would not close. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean.

Enjoyed my Time Here

Nice view of the river. I arrived at night and was a little disappointed I could not really see the river however the river is just not lit up very well in this area. In the morning it was beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed a cup of coffee on the balcony looking over the courtyard at the river. Would stay again if ever in the area again.

The riverside room seemed to be clean but the foyer’s carpet is disgusting, dirty and smelled bad. Shower water got to Luke warm. Bed was comfortable. Never stay there sgain.
