"The staff was very kind and helpful however the hotel itself was not great, a lot of odd staining in the room/furniture. We were additionally charged $500 at 11:23pm for a smoking fee that the sensors detected earlier in the day. Once we received the report for the sensor, it was citing an incident that took place when we weren’t present in the hotel at all.
