The Sierra de la Tramuntana is a Unesco World Heritage Site and offers wonderful places with different routes adapted to all levels and ages, both in the mountains and in the countryside, by the sea or inland.
Our holiday home is located above the village of Port de Sóller and enjoys a wonderful 180 degree panoramic view of the mountains and the bay with its sandy beach (partial view).
Experience special moments in this special and family-friendly accommodation. The house was completed in 2021 - it impresses with its high-quality furnishings and panoramic views. There is a communal pool with sun loungers and parasols. The beach is approx. 10 minutes' walk away.

Information about the ECOTAX (a kind of tourist tax):
This is a local tax from the Mallorcan government, which we have to pass on 1:1.
Furthermore, a deposit of 400,-€ in cash is to be paid, which you will get back immediately on departure, if this would not be charged for damages caused by you.

Towels are not provided for the beach. If you wish to visit the sandy beach, you must bring your own beach towel.
Friendly notes:
1. due to the hillside location, the "holiday domicile" and the pool are each located on the 1st floor in two separate house areas, which are accessible via external staircases. We would like to point this out especially for guests with limited mobility.
2. the private car park in front of the house is not cordoned off, so that parking offenders can also park there. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this. However, there are enough parking spaces within a radius of 50 metres.
Our on-site manager is always available to provide advice and assistance. In addition to German, she also speaks English, French and Spanish.

Information about the house
- 3 bedrooms (6 beds) and 3 bathrooms. Ideal for 6 adults.
- All rooms are fully air-conditioned
- WLAN is free of charge
- A cot and high chair can be provided on request
On the ground floor
is the spacious living-dining area with open-plan, modern kitchen. With the following equipment:
- Microwave
- oven
- Fridge and freezer
- dishwasher
- Induction hob
There is also a small utility room with its own washing machine and a guest WC. A bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and the partially covered terrace with its great outdoor lighting and breathtaking views.
On the upper floor
there are 2 separate bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
All bedrooms are laid with real wood "oak" parquet flooring. All bathrooms are equipped with underfloor and towel heating - they also each have a shower and toilet
Surroundings
The beach, the promenade, shopping facilities and the harbour with its many restaurants are just a 15-minute walk away.
