The location of the house is perfect, right in the centre of Sóller, only 3 minutes away is the market hall with daily fresh fish, meat, fruit and vegetables, as well as the stop for the nostalgic train to the beach. Many restaurants, street cafés, museums and shops are also just a few minutes away. La Fuente - means the source! A place of inspiration, for slowing down and sustainability. A house where you feel as welcome as if you were staying with a good friend...

Our house In all 5 bedrooms there are luxurious double beds from CocoMat, they are made of 100% natural materials, 3-ply, free of metals, super comfortable. 4 double beds are 1.60m wide and 1 double bed is 1.80m wide, with fine organic cotton bed linen, down pillows and duvets. There are 2 en suite shower rooms and 2 separate shower rooms as well as a guest WC. Sufficient towels and large beach towels are provided. On the ground floor is the entrance area with an impressive ceiling height of over four metres, where there is also a large dining table for up to 8 people. On the first floor is the beautiful lounge, a living area with 2 large, comfortable Meridiani sofas and satellite TV. There is a small cosy library on the mezzanine. Modern air conditioning is installed in all rooms, which is also used for heating in winter. The entire house is furnished to a very high standard. The modern, well-equipped kitchen and the wardrobes were made by a local craftsman, and the natural stone for the worktop comes from the island. Throughout the house there are beautiful original elements, very beautiful old mirrors, 120-year-old floor tiles, the beautiful old staircase, the wooden doors with art nouveau glazing, a draw well in the patio. The entire house was carefully renovated in 2017, thus preserving the beautiful 120-year-old history and authenticity of the house. From the kitchen you have access to the small patio, a quiet outdoor area with a dining area for 8 people. Our story; Discovered as a sleeping beauty in July 2017, renovated and opened in May 2018, a new holiday home picturesquely located in the historic old town of Sóller. The 120-year-old Art Nouveau house has been carefully renovated so that its authenticity and beautiful old history have not been lost. La Fuente means the spring, in the small patio there is an ancient draw well, which was the origin of the beautiful name, La Fuente. Bärbel Koenig, RAUMWERK Berlin, has completely furnished and carefully curated the entire house, creating a casually luxurious atmosphere. Some of the furniture and accessories are souvenirs and memories from the owner's life in Malaysia, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Oman and the Emirates. They now find their home in Sóller. A special place to leave everyday life behind, to be able to be, to become new, to start again. Here they can feel like they are staying with a good friend.
