This lovely stone house is located very close to the Sóller main square, only 5 minutes walking from the bars and restaurants. Ha been completely renovated with a very good taste and preserving all the traditional elements of the building. The house is divided into three floors and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, living room with sofa bed possibility and a little patio. It offers a smart TV in the upstairs lounge, plus an additional TV on the ground floor. The house has air conditioning. It is ideal for hiking lovers, as it is a great spot to start any mountain route, but also for families with children.

This property was in an amazing location! A short walk to downtown shops, food, and everything else. The rental itself was bigger than expected and we loved its Spanish charm. We absolutely loved it and would stay again.
It's not the Hilton, but we loved the this 4-story quirky but cool rowhouse apartment in central Soller. It is well-maintained, clean, and updated (the glass staircase is so neat, lets light in to lower levels). It was perfect for our family, clean, walking distance to everything in this adorable town.
This was one of the most interesting quirky houses that we have stayed in - a traditional townhouse updated with a contemporary twist - the glass staircase was a surprise! Very well appointed and comfortable with everything that we needed. Its location was perfect - close to the town centre but away from all the tourist crowds yet so easy to get to the coast, local villages and Palma. We had a wonderful week.
Traditional townhouse in great town centre location
We enjoyed our stay in this traditional townhouse, set over a number of floors, it was clean and had plenty of space for the 4 of us. We stayed in December and the only heating comes from 3 aircon units but once they were on the house did warm up but bedrooms were cold and we could have done with some extra blankets. The glass staircase to the upper floor took some getting used to but is needed to let light into the lower floors as the house has very small windows.
The location is perfect, right in the centre of Soller, easy walk to main square.
The house is spacious and well-equipped for both work & play. Top-floor living space is wonderful for both. I stayed there for 3 mos., mostly alone, but host was very generous in supplying extra sheets & towels for my occasional guests. Virginia at Xisca Coll was always very responsive and helpful.The location is perfect; quiet street but a minimal walk to the town square. Guests s/b aware that half the staircase treads are glass; this was fine for me, but anyone w/a fear of heights or vertigo might be put off. Hot-water supply for back-to-back or simultaneous showers is limited & requires some scheduling/coordination. House is naturally cool in the winter & early spring but the heaters on each floor work well. A great find.

The townhouse was fantastic. It is on a quiet lane, but in a very close proximity to the Soller bustling centre. Everything is walkable.
The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. We had a very relaxing there.
Nice traditional town house in the heart of Sóller, 5 mins walk to center, train and cathedral. Good comfort, well equipped, interesting architecture. All in all a good location.

Landlord was very communicative and gave clear directions of how to reach the property which was very useful.
Our stay was very lovely. The place was 4 stories, very nice, it was very hot during the summer so the air conditioning was really good, but some fans would have been great for night time so you don’t get dry sore throats as we did! The location was amazing, so close to the square and all the shops. It was difficult to park close by, so make sure to check the parking signs if you have a car! We were overall very happy with this place, thank you Virginia.
Very Nice Townhouse- Very Spacious- well equipped-
Good central location- Very limited parking was available within 100mtrs- but to be honest its best to park up the car and then walk to the town centre-( 5 minutes)- or use the bus service 10 minutes walk from the house to the bus station! to visit other parts of the island. We were on a walking holiday so made an excellent base from Soller.
It was our home base for 5 days. Very nice property on 5 floors. It was even too much space for the three of us. The location was just a few min walk. Driving into the small town and parking was the only challenge but a small price to pay for being in the perfect part of Mallorca.
The property is perfectly situated in Soller. For people coming their very first time (like us) a word to the wise, rent as small of a vehicle as possible, not only for parking but also driving the streets. Street parking is very limited and the cemetery lot is likely going to be your best option. The town is very walkable but is mountainous, and the hikes/runs are beautiful even without the need for a car if you enjoy the steps. The accommodation was everything we needed. It had most you would need for your stay; there's a washer. As others have indicated, some of the items could stand to be updated, but overall they were fine. There is still construction next door which is not bad. Would certainly recommend this location for your stay.
The house had everything that was needed and was in a nice neighbourhood, the only thing i can say is that er isn’t any parking for the car.

Fantastic location, minutes from supermarket, main square, Sóller tram and train. Plenty of room in the property for our family of 3, two adults and one 15 year old. A great feeling of space. WiFi worked well. Really comfy sofa on top floor. Small outside courtyard was handy for laundry drying. A lovely, updated, traditional house. We all slept really well here. Walls are really solid. Only occasional traffic passes by. Absolutely loved Sóller and definitely would return to this accommodation.
