Calm family house with pool

This charming house is located in a quiet area and very close to the Plaza de Soller.

Ideal for families and couples seeking tranquility and serenity, without being too far from the town center or the sea (3km)

    The house has two bedrooms, living room, toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a garden with an orchard and a small pool (4m long, 1m deep) to cool off on hot summer days. The pool and garden is exclusively for guests.

In the same property there is another house that I am often seeing (a person), my treatment is very discreet, silent and respectful. I dedicate myself to live a quiet life, I give massages at home.

We share the access that passes by the guest terrace.

Access to housing is pedestrian. It has a parking space (we recommend that the rental car is not very large)

Fabulous holiday home

A perfect holiday home in a quiet location but only 5 - 6 mins walk into Soller town. The outside space was fabulous, the house was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and the air conditioning was very welcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Calm House to anyone wanting to stay in Soller.

Great place in Sóller

The villa is perfect for a family / group of four and ideally located within walking distance of everything in Sóller. The fresh oranges and lemons from the garden were delicious :). The owners are extremely nice and welcoming. A big thank you again for your kind attentions!

Vacances à Majorque

Le logement est parfait pour des vacances en famille, loin du bruit des grandes villes. La « calm house » Porte très bien son nom d’autant plus que les hôtes ont tout mis en œuvre afin que nous nous sentions vraiment comme chez nous. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour des vacances inoubliables !

Maison et environs au top pour un séjour en famille

Nous avons eu la chance de profiter au cours de notre séjour de cette charmante maison, très propre, au calme de la ville de Soller mais à la fois très proche, une dizaine de minutes à pied. Les propriétaires ont mis à notre disposition draps de plage, parasols, jeux pour les enfants ... l'idéal lorsque les bagages sont restreints. Francisco et son épouse ont fait preuve de beaucoup de bienveillance et d'un grand sens de l'accueil. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour

Wonderful Stay with Family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, spending 2 long awaited weeks with family. The house was very clean and had everything you needed and more. The position is perfect - walking distance to town, but yet hidden away in a quiet corner. Javier was very helpful and great communication. We look forward to returning next year!

Nette Vermieter, toller kleiner Pool, super Haus, Garten und Garage. Unbedingt nur ein kleines Auto mieten, die Gassen von Sóller sind eng. In der Küche Alles vorhanden, in jedem Zimmer Klimaanlage.

Traumhaftes Haus in sehr guter Lage

Das Haus entspricht absolut den Bildern im Inserat, es ist alles vorhanden. Genügend Strandtücher und Badehandtücher, sowie Sonnenschirme für den Strand. Man ist in kürzester Zeit zu Fuß in der Innenstadt von Soller. Die Übergabe ist absolut entspannt und die Familie ist einfach nur wundervoll, sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend! Javier, der Sohn des Ehepaars, wohnt gegenüber, daher hat man einen Ansprechpartner immer vor Ort. Man ist jedoch so abgeschottet, dass man von ihm, wenn man will, nichts mitbekommt, auch weil er sich sehr diskret verhält. Bei der Ankunft kommt sofort Urlaubsfeeling auf, was auch sehr an der Familie liegt! Absolut empfehlenswert!

An oasis of calm and tranquility

We have stayed in Various properties in Sóller for 15 years but this beautiful house is the best. As soon as you walk in the door you can sense this place is special. Light reaches every corner of this spotless property with its neutral decor and touches of creativity which makes for very relaxed living. The garden with its covered porch, wind chimes, scented lavender, sage, rosemary and jasmine together with the view of the mountains are a treat for your senses. Francisco and Maribel are fantastic hosts with warm personalities, and pleasure to chat with. On a practical note the property has everything you could need, excellent range of kitchen equipment, outdoor BBQ and anyone using laptop or tablet will be impressed with the WiFi speed. I would like to comment on a previous review regarding dogs barking and put it into context. Yes there are homes near the property that have dogs, however the only time they bark is when someone is walking past their home with another dog which is not often. By no means 24/7, constant or intrusive. I will be very happy if I can spend all of my future holidays to Sóller in this perfect property.

Lovely House, Lovely Owners, Lovely Location

We received a wonderfully warm welcome from Paco and Meribel and were made to feel at home straight away. They are charming and incredibly friendly couple. We also met their son Javi on a few occasions and he was very helpful and polite. All three were only too willing to answer any questions we may have had. The house was beautiful with everything you could wish for, including a few extra welcoming touches in the fridge (never has a beer tasted so good nor the cold lemon water so refreshing!). The rooms are air conditioned which makes for a comfortable nights sleep and nicely decorated. There is also a plentiful supply of essential products available. The focal point of the outside area is of course the pool which is surrounded by Lemon Trees and pretty shrubs and flowers, not forgetting the two magnificent Palm trees. This is all complimented by the tasteful garden furniture and decor. It is ideally situated in a quiet location and is only a short walk in to Soller town centre. All in all we had a wonderful and relaxing holiday and will definitely return in the future.

Delightful property in Soller

We had the most wonderful hosts and welcome to our property and the house was exactly as we hoped it would be. Well appointed with a very secluded garden of fruit trees and a very welcome plunge pool. Ideal location for an easy walk to the centre of town where there were many facilities to suit all. Our only issue we had was no fault of the owners, but several neighbours had dogs which we found barked, morning ,noon and middle of the night and also fouled the 100m path from the property to the main road, not good at night. We had a great holiday and apart from the dog noise would very happily recommend this property as good value for money in a fantastic setting.

Lovely house in quiet location

We enjoyed our stay in this house, it is situated along a quiet pathway away from the road, and is less than 10 mins walk to the town square, much of which is along the lovely Carrer de sa Luna which has some lovely shops and bars. We hired a small car for a few days to explore the area further and used the garage parking which was not as tricky as we expected. Paco and Meribel were at the house to greet us on our arrival, and we met Javier at the end of our stay, they were all very welcoming. The house is very well equipped, they have thought of everything you might need, the bed was especially comfortable and the bed linen was a very good quality too. The garden is very pretty with a nice settee and armchairs to relax on, and the pool is perfect for a refreshing dip. The air conditioning was very efficient and nice and quiet. Overall this house has everything you need for a comfortable home from home stay in Soller.

Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, Eigentümer sind bei fragen immer zu erreichen. In 5 Minuten in der Stadt, Strand mit Bahn oder Auto zu erreichen. Einzige Mankos aus unserer Sicht das schmale Ehebett (soll aber jetzt neu kommen) sowie die vielen Hunde in der Gegend, die die Wege zusch*****.

Sehr schönes Haus, mit allem ausgestattet. Strandtücher und Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter. Perfekte Lage: ruhig jedoch in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum. Parkplatz in einer Garage. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect!

We stayed for a month in this charming house in the early spring 2018. We were very comfortable and felt at home immediately. The house has been very thoughtfully kitted out with everything you could possibly need. Impeccable clean and with plenty of linen and towels etc. Our hosts were kindness itself and nothing was too much trouble for Javier and his parents. We appreciated their care and consideration. The house is situated in a very quiet and peaceful area of Soller which is steady direct walk into the square. We shall return!! Ann, Paul and Ann from Australia x
