"Extremely friendly staff. I asked if I could possibly check in a little earlier which was accommodated as my daughter was in dire need of a nap! Very handy location as only 5/10 mins from Bullring and also very close to the Gay Village for the Pride festival. Have stayed here for the last 4 Pride events and will stay again :)"

"I came to Birmingham for a concert which was around a half hour walk from the arena and only 15 mins-ish from the bullring. The price was super affordable compared to other hotels in the area. I had an easy check-in and the staff were so welcoming. The room was a good size aswell as being super clean, including the bathroom! I’d definitely stay again! Thanks."
