"Accommodation is located centrally and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a lovely space to come together with family. Add £13 per day for parking as the place has not its own parking. The place is clean but I gave it a 3 for cleaning because there were empty food boxes behind the desk in the main bedroom. Towels were clean but old . Communication was great and we will definitely go back again but will ask them to pay a little more...

"A very enjoyable stay. The apartment is absolutely immaculate and suited us perfectly. All your needs are catered for. Great location for the shops and restaurants and great to have private secure parking. Also perfectly located to explore the Cotswolds. From start to finish the communication was great. "Modern 2 bedroom apartment very close to the town centre. Very clean and quiet with all mod cons. TV has free Netflix included, however the couch was too small to lie down on comfortably. Only other negative was a noisy manhole cover in the street which vibrated every time a car drove over it ( not the fault of the apartment obviously). "

The carpet is curled up and is a trip hazard, the taps and toilet leak, outside light by narrow steps doesn’t work, the Wi-Fi battled, the bathroom wall has mould and dents, all the doors have mechanisms to pull closed so have to be held open by a chair, basement flat so no natural light, no decorations or homely touches."
