It should be noted that for this size of hotel, there is only ONE disabled parking space at the front of the hotel with step free access via a ramp, into the hotel. There are spaces at the back of the hotel, but you then have to negotiate a ramp and then THREE steps. Why? why not make a ramp there? The other noticeable thing was in the Triumph Bar. The staff were good with their drinks service but not so quick to clear tables...
