"Pleasant stay"

"Wish I had gotten the name of the woman who put out the breakfast buffet. She was such a delight and extremely helpful."

"Always clean, friendly staff."

"Room was very clean , when arriving to check in it took several minutes for someone to show at front desk . When someone finally showed up young man very nice older gentleman acted like he didn’t want to be bothered which seemed rather rude . Later I sent my grandson to get an extra blanket again no one at front desk after waiting several minutes still no one shoes up so he came back. "All staff were so nice and we will definitely be back!"

Docked just 1 star because of that because the rest of the stay was wonderful."

I explained the bedbug condition but he was of no assistance. I PLAN TO SUE for pain and suffering. I have used this hotel many times, but the BED BUG infestation was/is BAD. I was in room...
