"Wonderful room with a spectacular view. The staff were friendly & excellent. The location is convenient for major attractions around Como and nearby Switzerland. Narrow roads leading to & from the property make it unwalkable and this restricts activities on site. Guests will need to take taxis or rent a car since there is no bar or restaurant on site. "

"Il soggiorno è iniziato male, avendo ricevuto risposta per entrare in camera circa 45 minuti dopo il nostro arrivo e senza ricevere risposta a precedenti richieste. Poi è andato tutto bene: la casa si trova a 30 metri da via Sarpi, con diverse fermate dei mezzi pubblici comodamente raggiungibili. "This place fit our needs and our budget for our travel through Milan. We intentionally looked for a place within a 10-15min drive from the central station. The host was helpful and kind enough to explain everything to us. We found free street parking out front. Shower pressure was amazing. We brought our own shampoo but there were little packets available for use too. We were grateful to have the A/C to help us fall asleep in this extremely hot August summer heat. "

"Beautiful old property near the Parco Sempione and near a tram to the Centro Storico. The room was spacious and had a small balcony, and even a small kitchenette (not sure if all rooms have this but it was nice to note!) There was a garden down in the main dining area where breakfast is served and overall the house was welcoming and charming. The host on duty was warm and helpful, though she didn't speak English we got along fine with my little bit of Italian :)"
