The rail on the walkway from the parking lot was loose and needed repair. Didn't like the creaky doors that needed oil. All the cabinet knobs were like keys that frequently fell out. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property in the Tuscan Hills. The staff were very accommodating and we enjoyed dinners at the hotel each night with a different menu every evening. The complimentary breakfast had a wonderful selection to choose from as well. There are lots of dirt/gravel roads in the area, including to the hotel but we didn’t mind that drive."

"We recently stayed here and absolutely fell in love. The staff are all very friendly and the room was beautiful, with antique Tuscan furniture pieces to enhance the overall feel. The views and grounds are absolutely stunning with plenty of pathways to explore.
