"Welcoming reception staff, good location and clean accommodation- thanks"

"I enjoyed my stay here very much, clean rooms and facilities, great location for seeing some Asakusa sights at night, which beat the daytime in ambience! I also love that I was able to step out into seeing Asakusa before the crowds arrived, which felt very calming and felt more authentic to me. Most importantly, the staff are very wonderful and welcoming, as well as helpful! I checked-in late due to delays and they were very understanding, as well, I received help from staff for bringing...

"Our room was compact, but modern, very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Located right in the heart of bustling Asakusa, it was the perfect spot for shopping, eating, exploring and visiting Sensoji temple. Also, very close to subway and train stations. We absolutely loved this part of Tokyo and having great accommodation so close to everything was amazing!"

"The apartment was bigger than average with good amenities."

"We stayed at a triple room as a couple. There was so much space, specially in Tokyo standards. The room was so spacious, very clean, and appears modern. The staff were always courteous and polite. Part of the reason I booked this hotel is for the roof top lounge. It was so worth it! We were also able to use the laundry on site. It looks new. I love this hotel. Will stay again."

"The room has a machine/ drying machine which is a big help during multi-day traveling. It's spacious with couches and table in front of tv - provides relaxing environment before resting in bed. It'd be nice if the bed is more soft and multiple pillows ."

"Really good hotel, The breakfast was always the same and could have more diversities. It was however a really nice location and we had a wonderful time"

"We like the convenience of being close to dining places, the Subway station and Ameyoko Street. The hotel room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was top notch with up to date equipment. The complimentary bathroom amenities and bread and soup snacks and tea were wonderful. I highly recommend Hotel Resol Ueno for a 7 day stay."
