"Unlike the Tru Hilton in Manassas, VA, this hotel proved to be a disaster. If I visit Smyrna, TN, again for business, I plan to NOT choose this hotel again. Your front desk staff are not well-trained (good people but lacking in professionalism, courtesy and any concept of customer service) and your maintenance was ATROCIOUS. The toilet seat was broken and it did not get repaired until the evening of the third day of my 4-day trip. You need to clean up your act at this hotel. BUT .... it is...
