"Patrick was a tentative host who communicated promptly and provided recommendations as needed. He even helped us with the ferry when we were headed out. As for the house, it is secluded with a beautiful view. My friends and I enjoyed relaxing by the pool and made use of the big kitchen/grill. We would love to stay again when we are back in Tortola."

"Location is on a beautiful quiet beach, swimming would be best with water shoes due to rocks. Amazing beach one mile down the road at Smugglers Cove. Restaurant is average. Disappointed by our birthday dinner. Nothing special about it. Had a great couples massage at the little spa. However, sitting in the jacuzzi I had one of the jets attach to my calf, which hurt & bruised. Staff checked it out, not sure if it was fixed. Clean rooms. If you need anything you have to find staff. Need bug spray this time of year in April. Would definitely stay again, after checking pricing."

"Great views, good sized room. Freindly staff. There is a great restaurant on site. More very good restaurants are withing a short drive. Its near a great surf spot."

"We had a lovely time at Scottlnad House. It's even better in real life than the pictures. Sharlene was amazing - meeting us at the ferry terminal, getting us settled and being available all week and helping return our camera that we left behind! A Jeep Wrangler or similar is a must -- if you've visited the Caribbean before I don't think you'll be too surprised. The roads are steep and narrow and to the villa is (mostly) unpaved. However, it's worth it.The house is amazing for indoor/outdoor living and well equipped to cook and relax. There's plenty of nearby options for dinner and we'd recommend Omar's Sandpit. There's also a Riteway nearby that's great for groceries and some gift/clothing stores too. The rotis from Pinky were amazing and could serve two people! "

"The host Jonathan is the BOMB! The communication after I put down the initial down payment he was always in touch. When we arrived, he was there to meet us and had a helper to put our bags in the rooms. The house is spectacular! The views are unreal! Everyone has their own little Casitas and then of course we all meet in the open air kitchen sitting area dining area. I have been to many homes all over the world in this one tops it i’ve put! Also, you can go through Jonathan and get a driver to pick you up. Put us with David. He had David pick us up and he was fantastic and we used them the whole time. Whatever you need from Jonathan he answers within the minute and fixes everything within 30 minutes if anything needs to be fixed, of course I can’t say enough about this place. Jonathan was there to send us off along with his helper to load our luggage into David’s van. I told him we would be back next year without a doubt!"

"A perfect vacation. We had 2 families stay together at the house. The communication was great and very helpful. The amenities were perfect, the house was clean, the kitchen was stocked and the view was beyond spectacular. Oh and having ordered some of Pinky’s Roti’s at arrival hit the spot. "

"The house and view is amazing. Short walk to the beach and some amazing restaurants. house had many amenities including outdoor shower, great AC, towels, and fully stocked kitchen. Cannot recommend this place enough! The only word of warning (and this isn’t the owner’s issue) is customs asked us for a local phone number which was so odd. Thankfully they let us through after a few awkward minutes. Owner was responsive when I reached out to her."
