"The place was very clean, nice quiet neighborhood and close to downtown which was very convenient. If ever back in the area would definitely book again."

"Host(Jill)was very nice. Room was very clean but very small. No a/c control in the room. Don’t know if there was a a/c problem it was very warm in the room so warm we had to go get a room at motel. Contacted Jill about the a/c and she thinks it was either a closed vent or she forgot to change a/c from fan to cool. We had two nights booked there but only tried to stay the one night talked with Jill and she did refund one of our nights. Thank you very much for understanding Jill."

"Whole duplex accommodates 6 people but the kitchen. 4 plates, 4 cups and only 2 places to sit at a little table. Overall amazing stay just had to improvise to be able to seat 4 at the table."

"The duplex is absolutely perfect! Hot water was hot, window unit worked fantastic. Will book this duplex again."

"We were in town for a softball tournament for my daughter, and the property was just as described. Cold air-conditioning, fast, Internet, and great appliances and sleeping arrangements. My only concern is that there was no hot water for showers. I messaged the owner through the Vrbo app twice and never received a response regarding this. I did receive messages from the owner in regards to taking out the garbage for garbage pick up at the curb and for check-in and check out instructions. Just...

"Quiet neighborhood. Appreciate prompt communication from host"

"Upon walking in to the property the first thing I noticed was a can of ant/roach spray on the shelf. There was a reason because the unit had bugs. The air conditioning was turned off and there was a musty smell in the whole property. Our party was for 4 people and there were only 3 towels. We messaged the owner around 430pm and finally got a message back around 1030pm allowing us to take a towel from the "property of owner " cabinet and added for us not to take anything else which seemed...

"Jill’s property was peaceful and quiet. We loved our stay. We absolutely loved, Dexter, the donkey and Willow and Marley, the cats. We had a very nice stay. I would not recommend counting the futon as a sleeping option. The bed in the master room was very comfortable, as well as the bed upstairs. Jill was excellent with communication and everything was well written out for check in and check out."

"This was my 3rd time renting Cozy Corner. It has all you need for your stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a great park, community pool and Pizza Hut! The host is friendly and quick to respond when needed."

"We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely adorable, clean, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect—super convenient to everything in Waterloo while still being in a quiet area. The host was fantastic to work with, providing great communication before and during our stay. They thought of all the little details, and the home was well-stocked and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Five...

"This is a beautiful old house that has been remodeled and decorated beautifully. It's very clean and would hold a lot of guests. We appreciated that it was pet friendly. And the host answered us quickly when we had questions. I highly recommend it."

"Worked great for 4 guys to each stay in their own room and to have three bathrooms was a huge plus. Games downstairs and nice living room and kitchen area."

"This was a great place to stay! Our family of 6 with 4 “big” kids had plenty of room and a place like this is better than renting 2 hotel rooms."

"Excellent place great times thanks again"

"This was the worst condition Motel 6 we have ever stayed in. The Lobby and room smelled like pet urine, room was filthy, sheets had dark stains on them"

"It was located in a very interesting area (Cherokee Street/Antiques Row) and was near many St. Louis attractions. The loft apartment was was really cozy, small, and nicely decorated. Very unique and creative! In my opinion, it would be ideal for an adult couple; the stairs to the loft bedroom area would be a challenge for some. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances and supplies. The private parking area behind the apartment was just right. The bathroom sink was rather small, but...

"This house was incredible. Loved the history and ambience of the town. Peter was one of the nicest homes I’ve stayed in over the years. I would highly recommend it."
