"The front desk staff was very helpful when I could not find the hotel because Google Maps was leading me to the wrong location. She was also very helpful with getting us checked in. The only complaint I have was about an hour after we checked in one of the janitorial staff came beating on our door & was very pushy saying she needed to look around in our room for some misplaced keys. I asked if she could wait a few minutes (mainly because I wasn't too sure about it) because my son was taking a...

"The room was very clean. The common areas were also clean. The breakfast was very good and the quality of the food was good. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay."

"I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa. They gave us a room with 2 beds that were full size, and just a desk, and hard chair. They were supposed to have free breakfast. There was no food, only coffee. The room was musty smelling, and the bathroom had mold in the shower. This room cost $145"

"Excellent location on Broadway for easy access to the Riverwalk, restaurants, Springer Opera House and RiverCenter. It’s a great place to stay if you are visiting your child at CSU and they are staying in the area, or if you are just wanting to visit all there is to do in Columbus!"

"Overall a good 3 day stay. The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable. Felt safe in all areas we were in. Staff was very helpful, and nice."

"The staff was great. Our room looked like it had water damage in the bathroom so visually the room was just ok. When checking out, the front desk person didn’t show up for almost 10 minutes, but other than that it was okay for a 1 night stay."

"Friendly and helpful front desk staff and housekeeping. 2nd booking in a few months while visiting Fort Moore."

"Was conveniently located and quiet. Towels and shampoo were good. Check-in was very polite. 3 of 4 ice machines were out of order. Bed was uncomfortable. Texted me asking if there was anything they could do to make my stay more comfortable. I asked if they maybe had a memory foam topper. No answer. Then they sent me another text asking if there was anything they could do to improve my stay. I repeated my request. No answer. The breakfast area floor was very sticky. The whole time...

"Staff was helpful. Not listed in the room descriptions are the fact that you cannot have any visitors to your room. It has not been updated in at least 10 years. Breakfast was poor. Dried white bread, plastic wrapped cinnamon rolls, cereal and white milk. It is a bare minimum motel. Pool had been destroyed years ago and fence left bent and overgrown grass. $88 for one night- rip off."

"Beautiful hotel and view!"
