"Excellent and friendly staff! We needed two adjoining rooms on the fly and the front desk staff had keys in our hands in less than 10 minutes. Super friendly and caring. Great breakfast - fresh fruit, and yogurt and great coffee. My husband and Son absolutely loved the waffles. Hot eggs and sausage. We stayed in a couple other “breakfast included” places on our trip from Florida to Vermont and this was the best. One hotel had an old gross pot of coffee and a box of cereal on the counter with no bowls. I kid you not. For the same price. This is a little hidden gem at the Smithfield exit. It’s surrounded by bigger and more expensive hotels, but this is the ticket. Everything you need for a clean and comfortable stay close to I-95. Highly recommend. "

"I come here because it is a quiet,beautiful property with lots of parking (included). My favorite part is the pool, and especially like that the pool entrance is on the lower level. My only complaint this trip was that there were no dry towels when I was finished swimming. Probably it was just a busy weekend. "

In was easy, the front desk host ( she had her right arm in purple cast) went above and beyond helping make our stay great, she came to the room and fixed the TV, also provided plates and napkins for our take out dinner that the restaurant forgot! Don't remember her name but she was very personable and really made our stay great!!"

"Had a problem at sign in. It was resolved quickly and to great satisfaction. 👍 People where excellent and the rooms where very clean. We will continue stay at Fairfield with great pleasure. Thanks again for resolving the problem ad quick as you did. "
